The exempted materials include personal notes, draft proposals for decisions, and draft orders related to contested case hearings and alternative dispute resolution procedures. The changes will apply to public information requests received on or after September 1, 2025, protecting the internal deliberative process of these judicial and quasi-judicial professionals.
