All lobbyist data comes from the Texas Ethics Commission—the official state agency that regulates lobbying.

Every lobbyist in Texas must register with the TEC and disclose their clients. We take that public data and make it searchable, filterable, and useful.

We update our database regularly to reflect new registrations, client changes, and expired registrations.

We automatically created profiles for all registered Texas lobbyists using public data from the Texas Ethics Commission.

If you're registered with the TEC for the current year (2025), you have a profile on our site. You didn't need to sign up—we built it for you.

No. Your free profile will always appear in search results.

Premium tiers give you priority placement and enhanced features, but we never hide free profiles. Businesses can always find you.

Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

When you cancel, you keep premium features through the end of your billing period, then your profile reverts to the free basic listing.

Yes. If you're a practicing lobbyist but haven't completed your 2025 TEC registration, you can create a new profile through our registration process.

Your profile will be marked as "Self-Registered" until you appear in the TEC database. Once you're registered with TEC, we'll update your status to "Verified."

Analytics are included in Premium ($297/month) and higher tiers.

You'll see:

• Total profile views (last 30 days)
• Search terms that found you
• Geographic breakdown of viewers
• Contact form submissions

Featured and Professional tiers include advanced analytics like industry breakdown and conversion rates.

If you accidentally created a new profile when you already had one from the TEC import, contact us to merge your accounts.

We'll combine both profiles, keep the TEC data as primary, and transfer any subscription to the correct profile.

Contact us with both profile URLs and we'll merge them for you.

Yes. Your single account can have both capabilities.

If you're a lobbyist who also needs to search for other lobbyists, your account automatically includes both features. You don't need separate logins.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

You'll have a 30-day grace period to change your mind. During this time, your profile is hidden from public search but you can still log in and cancel the deletion.

After 30 days, your account and profile are permanently deleted (we keep financial records for tax purposes only).

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.

If you no longer have access to your email, contact us with verification (driver's license or other proof of identity).

Go to Settings > Account > Change Email.

You'll need to verify the new email address. We'll also send a confirmation to your old email to prevent unauthorized changes.
