What This Bill Does

Allows election registrars to send written confirmation notices to voters under specific circumstances, such as when a voter's registered address appears to be a commercial P.O. box or when a voter hasn't voted in the past 25 months. The notice requires voters to confirm their current residential address, potentially helping maintain more accurate voter registration records and preventing potential voter registration issues related to outdated or incorrect addresses.
