Bill Text
relating to certain boiler inspection reports and the composition and governance of the board of boiler rules. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 755.027(a), Health and Safety Code, is (a) Not later than the 10th [30th] day after the date on which a certificate inspection is performed by an authorized inspector, the inspection agency employing the authorized inspector shall file a report with the executive director in the manner specified by the executive director.
