relating to the jurisdiction of certain international BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Title 1, Government Code, is amended by adding CHAPTER 3. INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS Sec. 3.001. LIMITATION ON JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. (a) The World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum have no (b) Notwithstanding any other law, a rule, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of the World Health Organization, the United Nations, or the World Economic Forum may not be enforced or implemented by this state or a political subdivision of this state. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
