BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1.  Section 38.002, Civil Practice and Remedies
(4)  the claimant must disclose if their attorney
received compensation from another party to represent them in this
SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
