relating to notice of the health of children attending a child-care BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 42.043, Human Resources Code, is amended by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: (g) A child-care facility may provide notice of the percentage of children attending the facility who are immunized in accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 161, Health and Safety Code. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
