BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1.  Section 255.001, Election Code, is amended by
adding Subsection (a-1) to read as follows:
(a-1)  The disclosure required by Subsection (a) for
political advertising other than broadcast political advertising
must be in a font that is easily readable and type size that is no
SECTION 2.  The changes in law made by this Act apply only to
political advertising that is published or distributed on or after
the effective date of this Act.  The publication or distribution of
political advertising before the effective date of this Act is
governed by the law in effect on the date the advertising was
published or distributed, and the former law is continued in effect
SECTION 3.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
