What This Bill Does

Prevents international organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations (UN), and World Economic Forum (WEF) from enforcing their rules, policies, mandates, fees, or taxes within Texas. The legislation explicitly states that these international bodies have no jurisdiction in the state, and Texas government entities at any level are prohibited from implementing or enforcing their directives. If passed, this bill would effectively block international organizations from having direct regulatory power in Texas, starting September 1, 2025.
