Thomas Ratliff opened The Ratliff Company in 1998. The team includes Bill Ratliff, who served in the Texas Senate from 1988 and was elected Lieutenant Governor by his colleagues in December 2000—the first time in Texas history the Senate selected one of its members to serve as Lieutenant Governor.
