relating to a study by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Department of State Health Services regarding the human health risks associated with exposure to hydrogen sulfide. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
