relating to parking lots and parking garages adjacent or near to BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 615.003(a), Local Government Code, is (a) A county with a population of 40,000 [150,000] or more may construct, enlarge, equip, and operate a parking lot or parking garage adjacent to or near the county courthouse. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
