relating to accessibility of certain forms the Department of State Health Services provides for public use. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 12, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 12.021 to read as follows: Sec. 12.021. ACCESSIBILITY OF FORMS FOR PUBLIC USE. The department shall ensure all forms developed under the department's authority and intended for public use are conspicuously posted and readily accessible to the public on the department's Internet SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
