relating to eligibility for the gifted and talented student allotment under the Foundation School Program. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 48.109(c), Education Code, is amended to (c) Not more than 10 [five] percent of a district's students in average daily attendance are eligible for funding under this SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
