relating to documents required to be posted on the Legislative Budget Board's Internet website in connection with an BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 322.0081(a), Government Code, is amended (a) The board shall post on the board's Internet website documents prepared by the board, and all supporting documents and work product used to create the documents, that are provided to a committee, subcommittee, or conference committee of either house of the legislature in connection with an appropriations bill. SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only to documents provided to a committee, subcommittee, or conference committee on or after the effective date of this Act. SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
