relating to a study by the Public Utility Commission of Texas on the interconnection of electric transmission service facilities with BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. (a) The Public Utility Commission of Texas shall (1) the impacts of existing interconnections of electric transmission service facilities in this state with electric transmission service facilities in the United Mexican States, including impacts on transmission and distribution networks and retail customers in this state and in the United (2) the potential impacts of establishing new interconnections described by Subdivision (1), including impacts on transmission and distribution networks and retail customers in this state and in the United Mexican States.
