relating to the places a public employer may provide for employees BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 619.004, Government Code, is amended to Sec. 619.004. PUBLIC EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES. A public (1) provide a reasonable amount of break time for an employee to express breast milk each time the employee has need to (2) provide a place, other than a [multiple user] bathroom, that is shielded from view and free from intrusion from other employees and the public where the employee can express SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
