relating to water conservation and reclamation equipment installed BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 6, Subchapter D, Water Code, is amended by adding Section 6.116 to read as follows: Sec. 6.116. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: WATER CONSERVATION AND RECLAMATION. (a) In this section, "recreational vehicle" has the meaning assigned by the Texas Transportation Code. (b) The board shall assess the feasibility of establishing a program to promote the installation and use of water conservation and reclamation equipment on recreational vehicles sold and (c) The board shall establish by rule a program that promotes the installation of water conservation and reclamation equipment on new recreational vehicles sold in the state and used recreational vehicles registered in the state if the feasibility study concludes that such a program would lead to significant water SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
