relating to the overnight parking of a commercial motor vehicle in or near certain residential subdivisions. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 545.307(a)(2), Transportation Code, is (2) "Residential subdivision" means a subdivision: (A) located in a county with a population: (ii) less than 75,000 that is adjacent to three counties with populations of more than 450,000; (B) [: (A)] for which a plat is recorded in the county real property records; and (C) [(B)] in which the majority of lots are subject to deed restrictions limiting the lots to residential use. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
