relating to the alignment of report due dates under the Health and BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 1.006, Health and Safety Code, is Sec. 1.006. REPORTS. Notwithstanding any other law, all reports that are required to be submitted under this code to the governor or any member of the legislature shall be submitted not later than December 1 of the year they are due. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
