relating to permitting a county commissioner's court to post their
agendas on digital screens at the county courthouse.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 81, Local Government Code,
is amended by adding Section 81.035 to read as follows:
Sec. 81.035.  COMMISSIONER'S COURT; AGENDAS POSTED
DIGITALLY.  A commissioner court of a county may post a meeting
agenda of a commissioner's court meeting digitally at the location
of the meeting in lieu of posting a commissioner's court meeting
SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution.  If this
Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
