relating to the procedure for the adoption by the board of regents of The University of Texas System of a rate and damage schedule for the management of university land. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 66.46, Education Code, is amended by adding Subsection (n) to read as follows: (n) The board of regents is considered to be a state agency and a rate and damage schedule adopted by the board of regents is considered to be a rule for purposes of Chapters 2001 and 2002, SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
