relating to eligibility for the bulletproof vest and body armor BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 772.0075(a), Government Code, is amended (1) "Criminal [, "criminal] justice division" means the criminal justice division established under Section 772.006. (2) "Law enforcement agency" means an agency of the state or an agency of a political subdivision of the state authorized by law to employ peace officers, including an SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
