relating to payments made to certain foster parents. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 264.101(a-2), Family Code, is amended to (a-2) The department shall continue to pay the cost of (1) Subsection (a-1)(1) until the last day of the month in which the child attains the age of 22; (2) Subsection (a-1)(2) until the earlier of: (A) the date the child graduates with a (B) the last day of the month in which the child (3) [(2)] Subsections (a-1)(3)-(5) [(a-1)(2)-(5)] until the last day of the month the child attains the age of 21. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
