relating to a study by the Texas Water Development Board of factors that affect the costs of developing drainage infrastructure in this BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Not later than January 1, 2027, the Texas Water (1) identify and study factors that affect the costs of developing drainage infrastructure in this state; and (2) prepare and submit to the legislature a written report on the relative costs of developing drainage infrastructure in different areas of this state based on the factors identified and SECTION 2. This Act expires September 1, 2027. SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
