relating to required reporting and online posting of certain information by solid waste facilities. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 361.013(d), Health and Safety Code, is (d) The operator of each municipal solid waste facility shall maintain records and report to the commission annually on the amount and jurisdiction of origin of solid waste that the facility transfers, processes, stores, treats, or disposes of. Each transporter required to register with the commission shall maintain records and report to the commission annually on the amount of solid waste that the transporter transports. The commission by rule shall establish procedures for: (1) recordkeeping and reporting required under this (2) posting information reported under this subsection on a publicly available Internet website. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
