relating to regulation of certain landscaping and water
conservation practices by certain property owners' associations.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1.  Section 202.007(e), Property Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
