BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1.  Subchapter A, Chapter 372, Transportation Code,
is amended by adding Section 372.003 to read as follows:
Sec. 372.003.  PUBLIC INFORMATION.  Except as otherwise
provided by law, including the confidentiality of electronic toll
collection customer account information described by Section
372.058(a), information of a toll project entity is public
information under Chapter 552, Government Code, including
information related to a toll project that is the subject of a
comprehensive development agreement entered into by the toll
SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
