What This Bill Does

Modifies the jurisdictional rules for statutory probate courts in Texas, likely expanding or clarifying their legal authority in certain types of cases. The change will apply only to legal actions filed on or after September 1, 2025, with previous cases continuing to be governed by existing law. The specific details of the jurisdictional modification are not fully clear from the provided text, but it appears to be a technical adjustment to court procedural rules.
