BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 665, Government Code, is
amended by adding Section 665.0215 to read as follows:
Sec. 665.0215.  SALARY DURING SUSPENSION.  An individual
against whom articles of impeachment have been preferred is
entitled to continue receiving the individual's salary while
suspended from exercising the duties of the individual's office as
provided by Section 5, Article XV, Texas Constitution.
SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
