What This Bill Does
Increases the operating capital limits for licensed bingo organizations from $50,000 to $100,000 for a single organization or unit, allowing them to retain more funds for operational expenses. The change enables bingo organizations to have more financial flexibility by keeping a higher amount of money in their bingo accounts, based on their average quarterly expenses. The Texas Bingo Commission can still establish higher limits by rule or grant individual exceptions for specific organizations' operational needs.
