What This Bill Does

Establishes an Adopt-a-County Road program that allows county commissioners to partner with individuals or organizations who want to donate funds for county road repair and maintenance. Under this program, donors can contribute money to fix a specific section of county road, and in return, the county will install recognition signs acknowledging their financial support. The donated funds must be used exclusively for repairing and maintaining the specific road section identified in the partnership agreement.
