What This Bill Does
Extends the dissolution date for the Save Historic Muny district from May 31, 2025, to May 31, 2027. It allows the district more time to potentially enter into an agreement with the landowner of the historic Lions Municipal Golf Course, with the goal of purchasing the land or preserving it as a public golf course or parkland. The extension provides additional opportunity for the district to negotiate and secure the future of this historic property.
