What This Bill Does

Modifies who can appeal future groundwater conservation district conditions by expanding the definition of an "affected person" in water-related legal proceedings. This change will likely allow more property owners, stakeholders, and water users to challenge or contest groundwater management decisions made by local conservation districts. The amendment potentially broadens legal standing for individuals or entities interested in groundwater regulation and management.
