What This Bill Does

Requires governmental bodies with an internet website to post meeting notices and agendas on their website's home or landing page, in addition to existing posting requirements. This applies to various entities like junior college districts, development corporations, regional mobility authorities, and joint boards, ensuring broader public access to meeting information. If a technical issue prevents proper posting, the notice's validity will not be affected as long as a good faith effort was made to comply.
