What This Bill Does

Modernizes how condominium and property owners' associations can conduct meetings and voting by allowing electronic and telephonic communication methods. It enables associations to hold board meetings, member meetings, and cast votes using digital platforms, as long as all participants can hear each other and certain procedural rules are followed. The legislation provides more flexible options for association governance while maintaining notice and participation requirements, affecting condo and property owners' associations statewide.
