relating to a limit on the assessment of certain fees for the qualification for sale or registration of securities. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 4006.055, Government Code, is amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: (c) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), a fee under this SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
