What This Bill Does

Modifies the process for obtaining immunization exemption forms for school in Texas. Parents or individuals seeking an exemption can now access a blank affidavit form online or by written request without providing additional personal information, and the state health department will no longer track individual names who request these forms. The changes aim to make the exemption process more accessible while maintaining a record of total form requests, with the new rules applying to the 2025-2026 school year.
