What This Bill Does
Allows passenger cars and light trucks to display only a rear license plate, instead of requiring front and rear plates. Vehicle owners would only need to mount one license plate on the back of their vehicle when registering and driving. The change simplifies vehicle registration requirements and potentially reduces costs for vehicle owners by eliminating the need for front license plates.
