What This Bill Does
Modifies procedures for voters to cast a limited ballot, specifically allowing voters to submit a limited ballot statement at any early voting polling place designated by the county, rather than just the main early voting polling place. The change provides more flexibility for voters who need to cast a limited ballot, either in person during early voting or by mail. The new procedure takes effect on September 1, 2025, giving election officials time to prepare for the updated process.
