What This Bill Does
Modifies employment rules for retired Texas teachers who return to work in school districts. The legislation applies to teachers who retired before, on, or after a specific date and takes effect for the 2025-2026 school year, helping school districts address staffing challenges while providing flexibility for retired educators.
