What This Bill Does

Requires law enforcement agencies to promptly execute warrants for individuals in the super-intensive supervision program who violate electronic monitoring conditions of their parole or mandatory supervision. The law mandates that these warrants be executed "as soon as practicable" after being issued, ensuring quicker response to violations of electronic monitoring requirements. The bill applies to warrants issued on or after September 1, 2025, and specifically targets releasees in high-risk supervision programs who breach their electronic monitoring terms.
